I am an organizational sciences student with 6 years of NGO experience and 3 years
of leadership experience as a founder of PRLMNT, a youth education NGO. Since October 2023. I have been working as an operations manager here at CDC Studio. During my time in these two organisations I have developed strong skills in areas of project management, team leadership, communication and the know-hows of the multimedia industry. I am confident in my ability to contribute to any organization and am eager to apply my skills and experience to make a meaningful impact.

PRLMNT, Founder and President
2020-2024
PRLMNT, born from the UPSHIFT 3 project by Razlivalište and UNICEF, surveyed 2318 students to gauge youth parliamentary and societal awareness. From the findings, we crafted a high school program covering leadership, resume writing, mental health, NLP, time management, and financial literacy, alongside events discussing student extra curriculars and a roundtable of parliament presidents. With 70 past members and 12 current, I led as president, overseeing Project, Networking, PR, HR, and Finance teams up until the start of 2024. This experience fundamentally enriched and developed my relationships towards people and the world.

As a Junior Sales Assistant at a print on demand shop, I have gained valuable experience in customer service, sales, and product knowledge. In this role, I have had the opportunity to interact with customers daily, providing assistance with
selecting products and placing orders. I have also been responsible for maintaining inventory and ensuring accurate product representation and pricing. I have enjoyed the fast-paced and dynamic environment and have learned to manage my time effectively to meet customer needs. I am confident in my ability to contribute to the shop's success. As the president of the student parliament during the COVID-19 pandemic, I organized numerous educational and recreational events in an online format and hosted the first gaming tournament as a school activity. This event was such a success that it was repeated as a manifestation by the parliament in 2021, 2022 and 2023.
